All of our physical products are made to order and fulfilled by our print partner, Printful. This allows us to reduce waste and only produce items when they’re needed.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days

  • Once production is complete, your order is shipped

Please note: during busy periods, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the product ordered.

Estimated delivery times:

  • UK: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of World: 7–20 business days after dispatch

These are estimates and not guarantees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Destination

  • Shipping method

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Customs & Import Fees

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are set by the destination country.

Important Notes

  • Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right
